SLA status changed

Sent when a ticket’s SLA status changes (e.g. breach).

Delivered as an HTTP POST to your subscription URL with an X-DeskDay-Signature HMAC-SHA256 header (computed with the subscription secret). Return any 2xx to acknowledge; non-2xx responses are retried with exponential backoff.
