Update team member

Updates an existing team member. At least one field must be provided. Setting primary_board_id to a board the member is not yet on automatically assigns them to it. Requires scope team_members:write.

Whether the team member is active.

Role ID assigned to the team member.

Primary board ID. If the team member is not already assigned to this board, they are automatically added to it and set as primary.
