List ticket sub-types (deprecated — use /v1/reference/sub-categories)

Deprecated alias of GET /v1/reference/sub-categories, kept for backwards compatibility. Accepts the same category_id / type_id filter and returns the same rows, carrying both sub_category_* and the legacy sub_type_* field names so callers can migrate field names without changing routes. Requires scope general:read.
